Spray Painting

I bought some inexpensive spray bottles from Dollar General and put some paint and a little bit of water (sorry didn't measure.....just poured) into them.....try it out first to see how it sprays.  You can also use water colors which work great too.  We used red and yellow since we are talking about fall and the leaves changing colors.

We hung a large piece of butcher paper on the fence outside to use for spraying.....was a little windy!

Then we (yes, we.....I sprayed too....it is so much fun!) started spraying.....surprisingly they didn't spray each other!  They had so much fun.....I even had to refill the bottles cause they sprayed so much.  This is a great motor skill....some of the kid's sprayed differently depending on how fast they could spray or how strong they were.  You could do this with any color and any size piece of paper.  I heard someone say at a conference once.....the younger the kid, the bigger the paper!

I was planning on leaving it outside to dry, but it started to sprinkle. Of course as soon as we drug it into the garage.....it stopped! I am planning on cutting some leaves out of it, but haven't gotten to that yet.....maybe over the weekend.
