Remember the pumpkins the children picked from the Pumpkin Patch?? Well yesterday, we painted them......I let the children decide what they wanted to do and they all chose to paint, oh and glitter!
It was such a nice day yesterday (a little windy) that we headed outside to paint. You want to make sure you use craft paint cause if you use tempera or washable paint, it will most likely flake off.
So paint shirts on and paint brushes in hand, the children got to work painting.
L was more interested in eating her pumpkin.
She also wasn't too sure about the paint brush, fingers work better!
Most of the children wanted glitter on their pumpkins.....and who wouldn't?!! Everything is more fun with glitter!
I love how they turned out.....each one very unique!
