This morning, we made a snow scene......all you need is glue, salt and construction paper. We looked at some ideas in books of what a snow scene is or what you can make with snow and then I gave the children glue bottles and let them create whatever they wanted. Once they were done with the glue, we sprinkled it with salt, shook off the excess and let them dry.
As you can see, everyone's idea of a snow scene was different. I like to do activities that all produce a similar project, but it's also fun to do some very abstract projects like these that let children be creative and create what they want.
