Cupcakes

Were you wondering what kind of cupcakes we made yesterday??  Well, here they are.....rainbow cupcakes......the kids were very excited about making these.  We made similar ones in August, but this time we used all 6 colors and layered them in order, then topped with green frosting for St. Patrick's Day.

Can you see the rainbow.....kind of.....I didn't have any of the red paste so I had to use food coloring which makes the red more of a pink.  Some of the cupcakes looked different depending on how much of each color was put into the liner, but I think they look prett cute and the kids loved them!

We decided it was too nice to eat inside, so we ate our cupcakes outside......and thank goodness we did cause they were messy!
