Last week was busy with lots of Halloween activities.
Pumpkin Drip Painting
Pumpkin Drip Painting
You need a whole lot of craft paint and some pumpkins!
And let the dripping of paint begin.......I just let them go at it!
Definitely a messy project! Some children used a lot of paint and some a little, make sure you have something down for all the paint cause it will be everywhere!
Don't they look AMAZING??!!!! A fun alternative to carving, especially for the little ones.
All dressed up and ready for Halloween party at the Library.
It's Halloween!!!
What a bunch of good looking kiddos!!!! Love them!!!
They have been so excited for our Halloween Party!
Doesn't Baby A look adorable in her little witch outfit?!!!?
Styrofoam Cup Spiders
We decided to make colorful spiders......each child was given a cup and their choice of paint.
Once they were dry, they added a face, sticker polka dots and pipe cleaner legs.
Halloween Games
I made a spider web in our hallway using crepe paper. The goal was to make it through the web without it breaking.
Hot pumpkin.....like hot potato, but with a pumpkin.
Food, Food and more Food!!!
These are giant pumpkin marshmallows.....we dipped in chocolate and then the children decorated with chocolate chips to look like jack-o-lanterns. I spread some peanut butter on some before dipping them as well.....yum!
Our spooky lunch!
Banana ghost and pretzel bones for snack
It was a very fun and busy week!
And just for fun.....our minion that Maddox and I worked on together! He painted the pumpkin yellow and I put the rest of the details on.....he's very proud of it!
Ok, last picture......my 3 children dressed up for Halloween.....a hippie, hunting dog (Maddox was very specific that he was not just a dog, but a hunting dog), and a hunter!
